Mark is a California-licensed broker, former CEO of JPAR—Real Estate, and a leading expert in real estate recruiting and retention. He has appeared in the Wall Street Journal and various TV and Radio shows, like Ken Broo on the iHeart network, WLW Cincinnati, KRLD DFW, KRON San Francisco, and many others. He helps broker owners and team leaders transform their businesses by creating the systems, structure, and processes to support their growth.
With over 30 years of deep real estate industry experience, Mark has grown significant enterprises and achieved remarkable results. Under his leadership, JPAR—Real Estate made the Inc. 5000 list five years in a row and grew the firm nearly five times, with nearly $8 billion in sales, 24,000 annual transactions, and 2,400 IC associates.
Mark is also an award-winning author, speaker, adjunct professor, and business partner in a real estate-focused talent attraction solution. He has written several books and textbooks on real estate topics, which are available on Amazon and used by California Community College students.
Mark is a father of 3, lifelong learner, veteran, and an adventure athlete. He earned his master’s in business from California State University, his bachelor’s from Colorado State, and numerous other certifications. He resides in Orange County, CA, near his family and enjoys volunteering, traveling, and Zumba with his wife, Beverly.
