Good vs. Great

This morning I was honored to lead a group of agents on a “Mindset Monday” call. The concept of “Good” vs. “Great” came up. And that conversation reminded me of that great Jim Collins classic book “Good to Great: Why Some Companies Make the Leap and Others Don’t.

You and I want to be in the “made the leap” category, yes!?

Consider this:

Good organizations monitor what other organizations are doing well and emulate those practices and initiatives that will predictably be accepted and effective at their own organizations to become ever more effective at their mission.

Great organizations innovate, pilot and test creating the processes and initiatives that best serve their stakehodlers and fulfill their mission – processes and initiatives that other organizations ultimately emulate.

Good or great the choice for 2025 is yours and mine to make. If you are in our recruiting program = GREAT.  If not, we would love to have a conversation about what’s possible. It’s easy to schedule a time: calendly.com/mjsession

Make it a powerful week.
