Your Daily Actions

One thought today:

Your daily actions are your current truth.

By the inch it’s a cinch by the mile it’s a pile.

Make It Daily

Goals tell you where you want to go. Your calendar tells you where you are actually going. If the two don’t match, believe the calendar.

  • Write down the three activities that move your business most.
  • Put them on your calendar before anything else.
  • Track them daily, even when the numbers are small.

Your Calendar Is Your Strategy

Most people plan their week around what’s urgent: emails, fires, other people’s requests. The top 1% plan around what’s important and let the urgent fit around it.

What Counts as a Daily Action

  • Agents: conversations, appointments set, notes written.
  • Recruiters: TCF+, meaning touches, conversations, face-to-face appointments, plus referrals and hires.
  • Leaders: one coaching conversation, one recognition, one recruiting touch.

Small, measurable and repeatable. If you can’t count it, it’s hard to build on it.

Inch by inch, those small actions become the truth of your business.
