The Winners Are The Doers

  • Pick one action that moves your top goal forward and do it before noon.
  • Keep a simple tally: calls made, notes sent, appointments set.
  • Review the tally on Friday. Small numbers add up faster than you think.

Why Small Actions Win

Big goals feel motivating in January and heavy by February. Small daily actions are different: easy to start, easy to repeat, easy to measure.

Five conversations a day is 25 a week and more than 1,000 a year. Two handwritten notes every workday is about 500 past-client touches a year. None of it is flashy. All of it compounds.

For leaders, the job is to make the daily action obvious. Agree with each agent on one or two activities they’ll do every day, then ask about them every week. Celebrate the streaks, not only the closings. The closings come from the streaks.

Play Offense

Waiting for the perfect plan is playing defense. One real conversation today beats a perfect script you never use.
