Focused Time. The top 1% know that less is more! Say what?
Who would you imagine to be more productive: someone who works 55 hours a week or someone who works 70?
If you guessed the latter, you’d be incorrect. Stanford economist John Pencavel found that output per hour falls sharply after about 50 hours a week, and that people working 70 hours produced little more than those working 55. In essence, less is more.

What It Looks Like in Real Estate
Real estate rewards the hours that matter, not the hours logged. Fifty focused hours on conversations, appointments and follow-up beat seventy hours of email, scrolling and busy work.
Three Ways to Do More With Less
- Protect your best hours for prospecting and appointments.
- Set a stop time. A deadline forces focus.
- Recover on purpose. Rest isn’t a reward for productivity; it’s part of it.
